Shortly after receiving your booking inquiry, we will reach out with an invoice for your deposit. This payment as well as your signature on our booking agreement, will ensure your booking.

Due to the busy schedules of our performers, we recommend booking 4-6 weeks in advance. We do our best to accommodate last-minute bookings, but you may have to be flexible with your time. Bookings made the week of the party may be subject to a last-minute booking fee. 

Our performers live all throughout Hampton Roads and will travel within Hampton Roads, Virginia, North Carolina, and the surrounding area. 

This includes but is not limited to, Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Suffolk, Chesapeake, Hampton, Newport News, Williamsburg, Smithfield, and Elizabeth City NC.

The client may be subject to a travel fee which is calculated by the distance from your performer's home to your party location. Client must pay any applicable toll or parking fees.

Please provide a chair where your performer can sit for story time and a clear floor space where party activities can be safely performed. A clear tabletop surface and chairs should also be provided for coloring activities. 

The remainder of your payment (if it has not already been paid) is due at the end of the character's appearance. Please give the final balance, as well as any travel fees and gratuities, to your performer concealed in an envelope or folded up in a piece of paper. Our princesses are not seen handling cash in order to maintain the magic.

Activities may include story-time, sing-alongs, a character-led dance lesson, princess lessons, character-themed games, character-themed coloring, a character-led “Happy Birthday” song, and of course lots of hugs and photo opportunities.

All our parties are unique because your child is unique. Our performers are trained to tailor fit activities to ensure all the guests are able to participate and have fun.
